To Do or Not To Do

Post-Its, memos, checklists. There are many ways in which we remind ourselves of the tasks we have to complete throughout the day. The never-ending to-do list. It seems like the more we cross items off the list, the more we add on, sometimes double. Here is a helpful tool to help you de-stress. Create a Not To Do List. Use the template. Start with the left side. Then, move items to the different categories on the right. Once you’ve finished, whatever remains on the left is your true to-do list. Try it.
